Butter Mixture and Some Stitches

Hi Everybody! I have no idea how it will end up. After the white threads, the colors will come.
This Butter Mixture is delicious to place on a stale bread and put in the oven until brown.

BUTTER MIXTURE:

500 g of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
pinches of oregano
two drops of shoyu sauce (Don't put it if you don't)
Slices of  garlic or smashed and minced (if you like it. I put 3 cloves of garlic)

Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl.
Spread the butter mixture in each half stale bread. I like to put much of it.
Place in a preheat oven until brown.

Notes:
You can make a lot of this cream and store in the freeze whenever you need for 4 weeks. I put it on a plastic container. You can change it by  adding olives or finely  grated parmesan cheese.

Bon apetit!!
